I leave the office in about 5 minutes to sign my papers and I feel giddy. Finally!!
Last night I wasn’t nervous about signing papers for the house, but I think I was lying to myself. I didn’t sleep very well and had a little tension headache over my left eye (of all places). I was a little worried that the bank teller would tell me there was a mistake or a problem when I ordered my cashier’s check, but it was super easy. The teller was very nice and it happened in less than the wait in line.
So now I go make it official. I have no idea what to expect, but I am ready. I am ready to get to work on this house. I am ready to call this house mine. I am ready to start my life there with Nate.
So let’s go!!
The concrete house is almost mine!!
I just heard back from my loan officer. The house got a big OK from the appraiser which means that my last major hurdle is cleared.
