I have been going back and forth on what would make more sense for me – a gym membership or a home gym. Unfortunately there are not any gyms close to our house and I think the farther I have to travel to the gym the more unlikely I do it.
In the end, I have decided to purchase a treadmill and convert my office into a home gym.
After looking at Consumer Reports and other reviews, I purchase a Reebok treadmill from Costco.com. I liked that I got free shipping with the order. It will save me trying to put a 200lb treadmill in a car and transporting it home! I have done that once – and its not fun.
The treadmill arrives next week so this weekend I plan to move furniture in the office around to prepare.
